My name is Laura and I am really enjoying my time working in The Grove Primary School. I have worked within schools for 8 years. For the first 5 years, I was a teaching assistant then I went on to do my teacher training. I love teaching and really enjoy making my lessons fun and interactive. I love teaching Science and History. I enjoy combining the two and looking at the changes in history and how science has helped us develop.  I also have a love for P.E. I think that physical exercise is so important for not only keeping the body healthy but also the mind healthy too!

When I am not in school, I enjoy doing exercise such as going for walks or doing workouts in my house. I love spending time with my family and friends. I spend a lot of time with my older sister, Nola. I have 3 cats Berlioz, Toulouse and Thomas and they keep me company when I’m chilling with a film and chocolate at home.
