76% of children reached a good level of development at the end of Reception.

Average Scaled Score (Not current)

A pupil’s scaled score is based on their raw test score. The raw score is the total number of marks a pupil scores in a test, based on the number of questions they answered correctly.

The expected standard in the tests is a scaled score of 100 or above.

Progress (Not current)

These scores indicated how much progress pupils at The Grove Primary have made in reading, writing and mathematics between the end of Key Stage 1 and the end of Key Stage 2, compared to pupils across England who got similar results at the end of Key Stage 1.

In July 2020 and July 2021 statutory assessments were cancelled due to COVID 19

Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. Ofsted regulate and inspect schools and colleges to seek improvement in the service. They carry out large number of inspections and regulatory visits in England and publish their finding on their website.
